I lost my son to suicide in March.  Saturday was his 20th birthday.  It has been a nightmare.  Some days I cry all day..some days I keep my mind busy...real busy to keep from crying...some days it's hard just to get out of bed...I keep marking off each day...hoping for a ray of sunshine.

The creation of this Group stemmed from a program that I found online called Emotions Anonymous. I hope to create a similar environment with this group. People from all walks, welcome whether you have an emotional issue or just want to reach out to others . . .
